The Business of Women’s Football

Teaming up with B-Engaged and Relo Metrics, Sheridans | Sport hosted an event surrounding women’s football on 1 August 2023.

The event brought together key industry figures in the commercial side of women’s football (as well as those who should be investing in or contributing to the space), for a day of content and networking, to tie in with the FIFA Women’s World Cup. The content celebrated the growth of women’s football and asked challenging questions on the state of the game across different pillars (from sponsorship, to media rights, to athlete deals, to growing the game generally).

The morning finished by watching England secure a place in the knockout stages of the 2023 FIFA Women’s World Cup, with a comfortable 6-1 victory against China.
